Ms. Miller's DonorsChoose.org Project Fully Funded

Congratulations to Ms. Miller on getting her classroom project "Learning About Famous People Through Who Was Books" fully funded through DonorsChoose.org!
Her project:
The fifth grade will be reading and researching famous people and creating a project to go with the book they read. I would like each student to have his/her own copy of a Who Was book to use as a resource. We are not only hitting social studies standards but language arts as well.
Each student having his/her own resource and book to read for their project will open up the world of history for them.
The Who Was books provide a timeline, images, and high interest information for the students. Who Was books are far from boring! Let's read!
